William W. from Setauket, NYThe feeder attracts a large variety of birds , mainly cardinals, chickadees, goldfinches and titmice. We never saw most of them in the woods next to our backyard before. It is perfectly squirrel proof as advertised.
We also have a chipmunk that twice climbed up to the top of the pole from which the feeder is suspended and then climbed down again. On the third ascent the chipmunk tried to a leap from the pole to the feeder, missed and landed on the ground. Since then, it is content to eat some seeds and shells that drop to the ground as the birds feed. Larry O. from Tierra Amarilla, NMNice bird feeder!
