I'm using it to hang a large hummingbird feeder from the window and it is working great!

This is the only way to go if you have windows in the kitchen and you want to watch the hummingbirds up close. I hang the tri pod Window Hanger, and then I hang next the green ant trap, and then I hang the hummingbird feeder.
